Come on down to the VBA annual fundraiser for the Mustard Seed food bank. It's a super fun evening for the community and all proceeds from this event will be donated to our local food bank. We will collect non-perishable foods, warm clothing (new or gently used, blankets, bedding and towels and financial donations, in the form of cash, or cheques payable to the Mustard Seed. Any cheque amount over $25 will be provided by a tax receipt from the Mustard Seed.
Our main fundraising will be through Doug Van Dine's music oriented auction. Our Master of Musical Merriment will auction off items brought by attendees so if you have a something to donate we would be very grateful. Music related items, or something entertaining, quirky or bizzare, would be a great item to include in the auction. CDs and magazines will be offered for sale on a separate table. Bring wads of cash or your chequebook to settle your purchases and donations.
We will also share a pot luck dinner, so bring a favourite savoury or sweet finger food to share. The final highlight for the event is a Band Scramble, where bands are formed via random assignment, get some time to work up a song, and then perform it to a friendly crowd. Participation is optional, but it's always fun for both performers and audience members. Don't forget to bring your instrument if you plan to participate.
Doors open at 7:00 and we will start early to get all our activities completed on time.
Donation Admission is a minimum of $3 for members and $5 for future members.

2) your pot luck food item to share
3) your instrument if you plan to participate in the Band Scramble
4) Wads of cash or your chequebook
