About this Event

Join us for the Holiday Food Gift Workshop: Jam and Jellies on Friday, November 6th at 1:00PM at the N.C. Cooperative Extension - Carteret County Center for a fun and festive event! This class is located in the demonstration kitchen, room 320 in the CMAST building.

This hands-on workshop will go over tested recipes for jams, jellies and other sweet spreads. As well as water-boiling canning method for high acid foods to give safe, shelf stable gifts! In this class we will make Blueberry-Spice Jam.

The $10 registration fee for the class will cover the supplies.
