Join us at Witchdoctor Brewing Company for this MHS fundraiser to create your very own charcuterie board. Just think how impressed your family and friends will be when you recreate these techniques to create your own for holiday gatherings. Enjoy a delicious craft brew then get your creative food styling on with Mommy Salami.Each workshop participant will get a board and will be supplied with everything needed to build a delicious Charcuterie creation.
Instruction is hands on, step by step learning where participants learn trending techniques such as the salami rose, river and suggestive pairings as well as a brief description/ history for each cheese.
