FRCS programs are offered to SOUTHINGTON RESIDENTS ONLY

You must request a ticket for each child that will be participating, including infants. (You do not need to include adults.) When registering please include parent name and child(ren’s) name. Ex: 2 tickets Parents first name (Child 1 & Child 2 names) last name

1 adult may attend per registered child

Grab your sweaters, rain boots, hats, or maybe even your mittens as we continue to explore the outdoors! Even on those cool fall days, spending time outside has many benefits. Join us as we explore the season of fall and soak up the sun rays and vitamin D. Load up the strollers and wagons, and let your little ones enjoy an age-appropriate scavenger hunt! We will meet at the rails to trails path on Mill Street (next to the dog park) and go on an adventure! We are on a mission to see how many weeks the fish like to pop up and say hello to us!

Other Information:

v Please check your email prior to EACH class.

v Notification will be sent through Eventbrite email around 10:00 am if our walk is cancelled.

v Classes are weather permitting. (Excessive rain, temperatures below 30 degrees, heavy snow, and unclear pathways will all be considered when determining if classes will be cancelled.)

Dates: 11/1, 11/8, 11/15, 11/22, 12/6, 12/13

v No classes on Nov. 29th-Thanksgiving Break.

v The FRCS will provide the scavenger hunt check list, but we ask that you bring your own writing utensils such as: markers, crayons, or pencils, and a bag to collect nature items.
