Holding Your Hand Through the Holidays: Saturday session

We know first hand that the holiday season is a challenging time for all of us grieving. It can be filled with reminders of loved ones and traditions that may feel difficult to continue. We believe we are better together, and being amongst a community that “GETS IT” during this timeframe can offer a bit HOPE.

In our ongoing effort to provide meaningful and supportive experiences, we are launching our Premier Grief Workshop: “Holding your Hand Through The Holidays”.

This 6 week - In Person- workshop will be led by Certified Grief Educator Michelle Montgomery. It will offer a safe and compassionate space where you can share your experiences, connect with others facing similar emotions, and explore ways to honor your feelings while coping with the season's demands.

Each week will have a discussion topic related to experiencing the holidays, i.e., Self-care through the holidays, Embracing your support community, Creating new holiday traditions, and MORE. Two Healing Art Experiences will also be included (1 in November & 1 in December).

Due to the strong response, we are offering two different date and time options for this course.

Wednesdays: 6-8PM in Irvine (11/6-12/11)

Saturdays: 9:30-11:30 in San Juan Capistrano (11/9-12/14)

Class enrollment fee will be $175 (for all 6 classes) and includes all materials and supplies for the course. We also will be offering 1 Scholarship for this class. Please reach out to [email protected] for more information.

**Attendance will be capped at 15 people.
