However it looks, the mental load is real. And it’s heavy.

Led by Ssanyu Birigwa and rooted in her Pause 3 method, each session offers a blend of breathwork, grounded presence, and reflection. There’s no agenda. No performance. Just time to return to yourself and be in the company of women who get it.
