About this Event
$40 per session
Wednesdays beginning July 8, 2026
6:30 – 8:00 PM PDT
For adults caring for aging parents or loved ones navigating chronic illness, dementia, or cognitive decline who need support managing the emotional weight of caregiving while balancing work, family, and personal responsibilities.
"Caregiving asks so much of you. This group creates space for your emotions, your needs, and your healing too."
WHY THIS GROUP EXISTS
Caregiving can be emotionally overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting — especially when you’re balancing multiple roles while watching someone you love change over time.
Many caregivers silently carry:
- burnout and chronic stress
- anticipatory grief
- guilt and resentment
- emotional exhaustion
- identity shifts
- difficulty setting boundaries
- pressure to “hold it all together”
This group was created to provide a supportive space where caregivers can process the emotional realities of caregiving, learn practical coping strategies, and feel less alone in the experience.
