Holding Space: A Father's Day Sound Bath
About this Event
Holding Space: A Father's Day Sound Bath
Father’s Day can bring many emotions—love, gratitude, grief, longing, peace, confusion, distance, or even mixed feelings. Whether you are honoring a father, grieving a loss, navigating estrangement, reflecting on fatherhood, or simply needing space to pause, this evening is designed to gently hold whatever may be present.
Join Choose You Therapy for a restorative sound bath created to support reflection, nervous system calming, and quiet connection. Through guided grounding, intentional stillness, and soothing sound healing instruments, you’ll be invited into a space of rest, remembrance, and release—without pressure to share or process more than feels supportive.
This experience is meant to honor all relationships connected to fatherhood and create space for compassion, reflection, and restoration.
✨ This offering was created in honor of my own father, while holding space for all relationships and experiences connected to fatherhood. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the American Stroke Association.
