Family Sound Bath (Ages 5+): A Gentle, Immersive Experience

Come join us in person for a relaxing sound bath designed especially for families! Perfect for kids aged 5 and up, this session offers a calm, immersive journey through soothing sounds that everyone can enjoy together. It's a wonderful way to unwind, connect, and experience the magic of sound in a gentle, welcoming space. Don't miss out on this unique family experience!

This family-friendly immersive sound bath (for ages 5 and up) is designed to offer a calm, welcoming space where both children and adults can relax, reset, and connect through soothing sound.

Using a blend of gentle instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and soft rhythmic elements, this experience supports the nervous system in slowing down—without pressure to be perfectly still.

This family sound bath is rooted in rest, connection, and community care. A portion of proceeds will be donated to support Cocotree Kids, a Massachusetts nonprofit helping provide underserved children with essentials that support dignity and security.
