Hokie Hike DC Area 2026
About this Event
Students, alumni, faculty, staff, and members of the broader Virginia Tech community are invited to join us for a casual morning outdoors!
We'll start and end at Gravelly Point Park, taking the Mount Vernon Trail to Navy and Marine Memorial and Lyndon B. Johnson Memorial Grove. From there, we’ll cross the channel and loop around the Pentagon Lagoon to get back to Gravelly Point.
There'll be light snacks, refreshments, and time to hang out and connect with other Hokies in the area.
IMPORTANT: The exact check-in location, route, parking/transit information, and additional event details will be shared with registered participants closer to the event.
