History of Childhood Talk

Explore the lives of the children who have lived at Provan Hall, from Elizabeth Baillie in the 16th century to William Mather in the 19th century. We will look at the sort of toys they played with, the education they received and what family life would have looked like throughout the ages.

Provan Hall Community Management Trust is an independent charity which manages one of Glasgow’s oldest buildings, Provan Hall. Visit us for free between Thursdays and Sundays 10am – 4pm. Wander through 16th century dressed rooms, explore our gardens and discover 500 years of history in the heart of North Glasgow.
