Every photo, program, and memory tells part of the story of Orlando Family Stage. Help us preserve that story for generations to come.

Join us for History Harvest, a community archiving event where generations of artists, audiences, volunteers, educators, and supporters can help document nearly 100 years of theatre history. Whether you remember us as Central Florida Civic Theatres, Orlando Rep, or Orlando Family Stage, your memories belong in our shared story.

Bring photos, programs, and other memorabilia to be professionally digitized while you wait. You may bring up to 20 photographs, 20 pages of programs, or a combination of the two. Your original items will be returned to you before you leave.

In partnership with the University of Central Florida RICHES Project, your contributions will join thousands of archival materials already preserved in the Orlando Family Stage archive. Together, these materials will become part of the RICHES Mosaic Interface, an online resource that makes Central Florida's history accessible to students, families, researchers, and future generations.

We will also be recording oral histories throughout the day. Whether you performed on stage, worked behind the scenes, volunteered, participated in education programs, or supported Family Stage from the audience, your memories are an important part of our history. We encourage you to come with a friend or fellow cast member to spark shared stories and conversation. Oral history appointments are limited, so please reserve your interview in advance.

Please note that we will not be accepting physical donations during the event. If you have a rare or one-of-a-kind item that you believe should become part of the Orlando Family Stage archive, please complete our before the event, and we will contact you to discuss next steps.

Scanning appointments are encouraged, and walk-in participants will be accommodated as space allows.
