Historic Cooking Class at the Magoffin Home Visitor Center:Irish Potato Soup
Join us as we savor history through foods in El Paso! Using an historic recipe from the El Paso Cook Book published in 1898, the staff will explore the history of Irish settlers and their influence on El Paso’s development. Using potatoes, onions, and milk, this dish is warm and soothing on a chilly day. All ingredients are provided. Please call (915) 533-5147 to register in advance as space is limited.
