Hispanic Heritage Month Yoga Series
About this Event
Join us every Wednesday evening in September and October for a special Hispanic Heritage Month Yoga Series celebrating movement, culture, community, and connection.
Led by Christy with Mine Not Yours: The Movement, these sessions will focus on mindful movement, gentle stretching, meditation, and creating a moment of peace in the middle of your week. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you are welcome here.
This series is an opportunity to move together, celebrate our community, honor Hispanic heritage, and support a meaningful cause.
10% of proceeds from the Hispanic Heritage Month Yoga Series will be donated to the Summer Willis Foundation, supporting their work and mission in the community.
Bring your mat, water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. No previous yoga experience is needed. Just come ready to breathe, move, and connect. Expect a slower, grounding practice with elements of yin yoga, meditation, and stretch-focused movement. Classes will give you the opportunity to release tension, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling refreshed and grounded.
Celebrate heritage. Honor community. Make space to heal. Move with purpose.
