About this Event
Join Boulder Sports Physiotherapy and run coach Sara Manderscheid from Elevate Your Running in learning about how hip strength can increase your running performance and reduce your risk of injury. This event is in partnership with Boulderthon - one of America's top rated marathon races - and welcomes all participants of the race to join for this free event!
During the event, attendees will:
- Learn simple and effective exercises using minimal equipment that help target hip strength specifically for runners.
- Learn about various running related injuries and how hip strength helps address and prevent these injuries.
- Enjoy a 5K social run around Boulder led by run coach Sara Manderscheid of Elevate Your Running.
- Socialize with other runners and enjoy free drinks and snacks afterwards at Performance and Recovery Labs - the one stop shop for your physical and mental healthcare for active individuals.
