Free community run every 1st and 3rd Sunday at 10 AM. Start at Ember & Ice, finish with sauna and cold plunge (20% off for participants).About this Event
Join us on the first and third Sunday of each month at 10 AM for a free community run through Boulder Canyon and nearby trails. Whether you're in for a 5K, 10K, or something in between, all paces are welcome.
We start at 200 Arapahoe Ave, home of Ember & Ice, right by Boulder Creek.
After the run, stay for sauna and cold plunge sessions—Run Club attendees get 20% off drop-in rates. Move, connect, and reset with us in rhythm and nature.
No sign-up needed for the run. Just show up and stride in.
