Hip Hop Yoga Detroit

Local Yoganic Flow yoga instructors fuse the art and culture of Hip-Hop with the practice of yoga in a fun, energetic flow, which will be open to the public.

The history of Hip-Hop and the parallels between this urban art form and the ancient practice of yoga will be emphasized during this unique Vinyasa-style yoga class. Some of the best hip-hop songs of all time will be played for us sweat, flow and dance to!

Local hip-hop fans and yogi’s of all levels are welcome!
