Since we're doing this at Whiskers Workspace, the first cat coworking space in St. Pete, their lovely cat rescues will assist us in this zen odyssey! What to Bring: Chairs will be provided, but if you prefer to lie down, please bring your own mat, blanket, bolster, or eye covering for added comfort. We recommend bringing extra padding if you choose to lie on the floor.

About the Instructor: Carol Cannon, a seasoned practitioner passionate about helping others transition from chaos to calm, will be your guide. With decades of experience in music, Feng Shui, and yoga, Carol brings a wealth of knowledge and a calming presence to the session.
