Hiking the ADHD - Adult Guided Walk

Join us to connect with nature and meet other ADHDers :)

Strictly 18+ please.

This is a beautiful trail with many interesting statues and monuments throughout. The riverside cliff walk and the waterfall are highlights. It's an easy-going route that is suitable for most abilities, so a wonderful opportunity to get outdoors. Some parts can get rather muddy during wetter months, so best to come prepared with appropriate footwear and layers for full enjoyment.

Walkers should bring:

Please wear comfortable walking shoes or trainers.

A backpack should include a rain jacket, lunch and plenty of water. We have ordered beautiful weather :)

The meeting point location and facilitator contact details will be included in your order confirmation and email reminders closer to the date.

Please, be aware that any in-person group will be cancelled if there is only one attendee.

By registering for this event, you are agreeing to share your name and surname only with the in-person group facilitator for security purposes. This will allow safe registration process on the day of the in-person support group.
