Ockley to Warnham — Beginners Walk (Saturday 28 March 2026)Fancy a proper countryside day out with a friendly group and zero pressure? Come along for our Ockley to Warnham hike — beginner-friendly, social, and full of great views.
What to expect
• Easy pace, good vibes, and plenty of photo moments
• 16.5 km (10.3 miles) | Easy | 3/10 | 314 m ascent
• Around 5.5–6.5 hours of walking (full day out)
Meet-up & plan
• Meet: 9:15 AM at Victoria Station (by the ticket machines / information point)
• Depart together: 9:30 AM
• Start walking: Ockley station (10:51 AM)
• Finish: Warnham Station
• Back in London: approx. 8:00 PM
Bring with you
• Comfy walking shoes/boots + layers (waterproofs recommended)
• 1–2 litres of water
• Packed lunch for a picnic stop halfway
• A bit of cash/card for an optional pub stop after the hike
Dogs are welcome (on lead).
