All levels gentle yoga with modifications offered. Your body will feel relaxed and calm as we transition into stillness for a soundbath meditation. You will hear & feel the vibrations of 7 crystal singing bowls & 4 elemental koshi chimes. Bring a mat, blanket, or amy comfy props you might enjoy. We do have limited mats and props in studio for you to use.
