About this Event

Hike + Yoga programs through YouBloom are guided at a relaxed hiking pace with numerous stops to incorporate yoga.
Yoga asana (physical practice), meditation, and pranayama (breathwork) are interwoven throughout each program.

*Welcome & intention setting breathwork *Warm up stretches
*Hike w/ stops along trail for yoga poses *Closing meditation and hot coco/tea
