1. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing ticket , the purchasher acknowledges that attending the Teen Dance Night event involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, emotional distress, and property damage. The purchasher voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the event.

2. Release of Liability

The purchasher agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the Host, its employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and venue owners from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the event, including, but not limited to, personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

3. Medical Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, the purchsher authorizes the Host to seek medical treatment for the Teen Participant and agrees to bear all costs associated with such treatment.

4. Code of Conduct

The purchasher acknowledges that the Teen Participant is required to follow all rules and guidelines established by the Host. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the immediate removal of the Teen Participant from the event without refund.

5. Photography and Media Release

The purchasher grants permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional or marketing purposes by the Host, unless otherwise specified in writing before the event.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

7. Agreement Binding on Successors

This Agreement shall be binding upon the ticket purchasher, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
