Join us for a transformative morning of outdoor wellness as we step away from the noise of daily life and sync our rhythms with the earth.

Long before the glaciers slid across Northeast Ohio, the 300-million-year-old Sharon Conglomerate ledges were formed. On this morning journey, these massive stone structures will serve as our sacred sanctuary for movement, mindfulness, and sound vibration.This immersive experience blends a scenic nature walk, an accessible standing yoga practice, and deeply grounding vibrational sound therapy designed to clear stagnant energy and cultivate profound inner peace.

🌲 The Sacred Flow

• The Mindful Hike: We will begin with a grounding walk along the peaceful Arbor Trail, opening our senses to the crisp autumn air and transitioning our minds into a state of presence as we approach the ancient ledges.
• Standing Asana Flow: Nestled right near the stunning rock walls, we will move through an all-levels standing yoga sequence. With our feet firmly rooted into the earth, this flow focuses on balance, strength, and opening up our energetic channels without needing to place a mat on the forest floor.
• 1:1 Guided Tuning Fork Meditation: Experience the power of sound frequency therapy directly inside the calming presence of the ledges. Each participant will receive individual tuning fork sound healing. The precise vibrations of the forks work in tandem with the stabilizing, timeless energy of the stone to deeply ground your nervous system and clear your biofield.
• The Return Reflection: We will complete our journey with a quiet integration walk back along the trail, returning to the lodge feeling deeply refreshed, aligned, and rooted.
