We will meet at Robinson Park's parking lot (on the south, right side) at 6pm.After arrival, Heather; owner of Hyperspud Sports will guide you to one of the trails in the park, where you will explore the beautiful loop trail and return to where the yoga class will ensue.
We will have an all-levels yoga after our hike. The class will consist of short meditation, a vinyasa style asana, and a sweet sound bath during savāsana. We will end close to dusk.
Open to all levels. We encourage you to bring your family & friends. Kids ages 11+ are welcome. Pets welcome (place yourself at the back of the group if you have a pet)
You can come for the hike or yoga alone.
Bring your own mat and blanket (if any).

*$15-$20 suggested donation or however much you think the event is worth
