Lesbifriends Travel is excited to team up with WOCO Hike & Sound Healing for a soul-nourishing journey through Rock Creek Park, blending a scenic, beginner-friendly guided hike with the restorative power of sound healing meditation under the trees. This is more than just a walk in the woods—it’s a space for deep connection, community, and renewal.
We’ll start with light snacks, icebreakers, and grounding stretches before setting out on a trail designed to refresh your spirit. After taking in breathtaking views and engaging in mindful movement, we’ll close with a powerful 40-minute live sound meditation led by healer Ralinda, using crystal singing bowls to clear energy blockages and invite abundance. Let’s hike, heal, and reconnect—together.

WOCO Hike and Sound Healing Experience creates sacred outdoor spaces for Black and Indigenous Women of Color to connect, heal, and reclaim joy through hiking, camping, environmental education, and ecotourism. Rooted in communal healing, their mission is to restore balance through nature, movement, and sound meditation, fostering spiritual alignment and deep connection.
