Join us for a day of nature Adventures, Indoor Yoga, and Transformative Sound Journey, in the iconic Csobanka, a small village surrounded by mountains, the perfect location for this escape!
HIKE&YOGA PROGRAM:
• Hike across the hills of Csobánka, discovering caves and admire view points where we can feel the power of nature. (2,5 hrs)
• easy Yin style yoga with aromatherapy by Dori in Napsugár jógastúdió,
• Sound Journey with space frequencies and sacred instruments (Giant Gong, tibetan bowls, rain stick etc..) for deep relaxation,
📍 MEETING POINT📍Batthany hev station at 8,45 am, we will take the Hev to Pomaz and then the bus to Csobanka Plandics tér. Please get your transportation ticket in advance.
If you are by car please arrive at 10 am directly in Plandics tér.
Hike: 7 KM, moderate, please wear appropriate hiking clothes
Yoga: easy yin style, we have changing room and toilets in our studio
Tickets:
Full Experience: 7.000 HUF
Hike only: 3000 (from 8,45 to 13,30)
Yoga and sound bath only: 5000 (from 13,30 to 16,00)

Dori is a devoted Yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Reiki, Sound baths and Sound healing therapies. With over 400 hours of Yoga Alliance-certified training, my journey through Thailand and the Himalayan mountains has deeply shaped my practice and teachings. My aim is to teach you all those skills and qualities you need to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life through Yoga; such as self-confidence, courage, kindness, grace, resilience, self-love&care, motivation, trust, discipline, strength, patience, ease, mindfulness. I am excited to share this practice with you!
