Join us for a unique outdoor workshop that combines guided nature education with a chef-prepared, three-course meal in a beautiful upland Florida setting.
The day begins with a guided hike through the scenic Florida Trail at Greenway Baseline Park in Ocala. Led by two Certified Florida Master Naturalists, this walk offers an engaging look at the local ecosystems, native plants, and wildlife that make this area special. Along the way, you'll learn about Florida’s natural history and the importance of preserving these spaces.
Following the hike, guests will enjoy a freshly prepared three-course gourmet meal served on-site. Our chef team will be cooking outdoors using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to create a menu that reflects the flavors and spirit of Florida.
This workshop is designed for anyone who loves nature, food, and meaningful community experiences. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or simply looking to try something new, this is a chance to slow down, explore, and enjoy the best of both worlds.
