About Rawanee

is a London-based literary and performing arts organisation promoting community creativity since 2020. We work across events, podcasts and publications — including online and hybrid initiatives that bring together voices from across the world.

We bring together and give a platform to global majority voices. Rooted in the Pakistani diaspora literary tradition and open to all who share our values. Our work centres under-represented voices with authenticity, care and creative rigour.

Collaborations include the Stephen Spender Trust, The Poetry Society, SOAS, Qisetna, the Bush Theatre and Palewell Press.
