Higher Ground aims to elevate our spirit & gather the tribe. This offering is a chance to feel connected as one. Community thrives when given opportunities to practice aspects of wellness & listen to music that is uplifting to our hearts or enjoy thoughtful vendors. Bring your family to participate in a night of yoga practice, joyous music, mental clearing breathwork, & the surrender to our sound bath. Join our soul family as we activate vibrational love!

This month we present yoga with Melissa Cortez. Her yoga asana sessions are all level and a great body mind connection experience. Zaire Black will then facilitate Breath Meditation “Breathwork” that focuses on the heart center. The soundbath to follow is lead by Sarah Althea & Ursula Pascua. Their bath includes live ambiant soundscapes that ease you into a moment of integration and peace. This group looks forward to manifesting an all levels asana yoga practice, breath meditation and beautiful sound bath to help everyone elevate!

Each session includes an aura film portrait and reading with a bonus time lapse video. Individual or duo portraits can be taken. Be sure you book for Higher Ground.

Higher Ground is rooted in the universal concept of ascending to our God(s). Be it ideals of the pyramids w Egyptians, temples w Aztec or mountains w Greeks. Many spiritual journeys the world over deal with rising up to the heavens. Even the science of higher consciousness elevates. Join us for a night with those sentiments offered via wellness and music.

What to bring: items to comfortably lay down for meditation, water bottle and what ever you'd need to be comfortable for yoga, meditation and a soundbath.

Note: Yogalution does have loner blankets and mats

Melissa has been teaches at Yogalution and since 2021. Her session at Yogalution are called "Gentle Grounded Flow."

The vending is top notch this month. Higher Ground is honored to have a magical team for the April 2025 addition. The vending area will be buzzing with amazing energy.
