Bayshore Community Breathwork & Cold Plunge (Long Beach)

We meet every Thursday, weather permitting (unless it is actively raining), and we even meet on holidays! Starting at 7am and ending by 8am.

The ocean cold plunge is optional, but make sure you wear your suit and bring a towel if you plan to get in. Otherwise, just bring something to sit/lay down on and dress warm. Hope to see you out there with us!

This is a totally FREE event for the community! No Donations Allowed :)

And no need to reserve a spot, just show up!

What to Bring:

-Towel or Blanket to Sit/Lay Down On

-Warm, Comfortable Clothing

-Optional: Blanket during the winter months.

-Optional: Wear your swim suit if you plan to ocean plunge.
