High School Gaming Group

“The Curse of Human Interaction” is a Dungeons & Dragons–themed CBT social anxiety group where teens practice social and coping skills through a collaborative role-playing adventure. Participants create characters that reflect their strengths and areas for growth while working together to solve story-driven challenges. The group aims to support mental health by providing a safe space to build friendships and develop skills like communication, emotional regulation, planning, and perspective-taking.
