Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, blankets, or a sleeping bag, bolster or an extra blanket for under your knees (If you need low back support)and a pillow with you! Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the sensory experience!
Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing energies and vibrations.
Arrive by 7pm for some light refreshments and an ear seeds treatment. Colleen will apply ear seeds to reduce stress and facilitate relaxation. The ear seeds will enhance the sound bath experience, and create a profound sense of tranquility, mental clarity, and calm.
Ear seeds are non invasive acupressure stickers that take minutes to apply and last for up to 5 days, continuing to provide benefits like stress relief and pain relief.

Colleen Conroy is a licensed acupuncturist and ear seeds specialist. She owns and operates Revive Ear Seeds and Acupuncture, a mobile wellness business that serves upstate NY. You can find her helping clients with a variety of health concerns, including stress relief and pain relief, at pop ups, events, and workshops.

Andrea Lisette Villiere
is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner!
She received her training at the Sage Academy of Sound Energy with Philippe and Lea Garnier, Diane Mandle, Tito La Rosa, Gong Master Don Conreaux and the BioSonic Academy of Music and Sound Healing, with Dr. John Beaulieu, ND, PhD. And with Rich Goodhart at Omega Institute.
Andrea has over 300 hours of training and is fully devoted and dedicated to furthering her studies and continues to evolve her healing practice. She has been offering sound baths and sharing her passion for sound healing since 2015.
Andrea presently lives in upstate New York in the Adirondack mountains and offers individual private and group sessions at Under the Sun Wellness, just north of Old Forge, NY. Over the years she has held large events with up to 40 people, as well as more intimate groups and private gatherings. These events include wellness weekends at Great Camp Sagamore, women's retreats at Minnowbrook Lodge and Conference Center,
Lake Kora, Kuyahoora Lodge and Retreat Center, Adirondack Experience; the Museum on Blue Mt. Lake, Mirror Lake Inn in Lake Placid, Utica University, Hamilton College, Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute, View Arts Center, numerous yoga studios and soon Vanderkamp!
