Saturday 9:00-10:00 a.m. at High Peaks Yoga Shala with Anna IzzoA 60 minute yoga class focused on strengthening in flow. We will pause for strength between poses to challenge our limits and build strength - the foundation for all movement we take on and off of our mats.
Pay upon arrival ($20 drop in OR $160 for 10-class pack).
NOTE: Anna has pre-arranged a sub to teach classes on Saturday August 24.
