High Maintenance Lash Academy
About this Event
High Maintenance Lash Academy is for ladies who are serious about learning lash extensions and turning that skill into a real business.
We are building a small group of approximately 8-10 ladies who will train together in a hands-on learning environment.
During the academy, you can expect to learn:
• Lash extension theory• Classic, hybrid and volume techniques• Proper isolation and lash placement• Eye shapes and lash mapping• Styling different lash looks• Adhesive control and retention• Safe lash removal• Fills and proper maintenance• Sanitation and professional client setup• How to work on live clients as your skills improve• Pricing your services• Finding and keeping clients• Content creation, marketing and branding your lash business• How to professionally run your own lash station
This is a weekly training program designed to give you time to actually learn, practice and improve instead of trying to master lash extensions in one day.
Our goal is not only to teach you how to apply lashes. We want to help you become confident enough to take paying clients, build your brand and grow as a lash artist.
