High Frequency Flow is a rooftop yoga and sound experience designed to move your body, shift your energy, and connect you to something deeper.

This is more than a yoga class—it’s a guided journey through movement, music, and community. We begin on the dancefloor with an all-levels Vinyasa flow, immersed in live DJ sets and sound healing designed to support release, presence, and energetic reset.

As the practice unfolds, you’re invited to move with intention, breathe fully, and reconnect with yourself in a high-vibrational space.

We then transition to the rooftop, where you’ll take in the Denver skyline, connect with community, and integrate the experience in a relaxed, open-air setting.

This is a space to move, to feel, and to simply be.
