High Energy Zumba

Not sure how to jump-start your weekend? Do it DANCING - this high energy class is suitable for all fitness levels, but sure to get you your heart rate up! This is an incredibly welcoming, accepting, and HAPPY community - we all come to dance our cares away and do something good for ourselves, mind body and soul. Class is in studio "F," park in the free lot in the REI shopping center - no need to register, just show up!
Your first class is always free. Try something new - invest in yourself, your health, and your happiness! I promise you will leave class feeling energized and inspired.
