In this weekend exploration, Subhan will be working with the Family Constellations framework that can help illuminate for us the different internalized beliefs and "voices" we unconsciously inherited from our families. These so often influence and guide our choices and behaviors, as well as contribute to the conflict and struggles we have in our lives. Also, he will be utilizing the Internal Mind Systems framework to assist in revealing the different "parts" (i.e. personas, character structures, and developmental stages) that live seemingly frozen within our mind. It is these parts that have become the unconscious filters which our reality passes through and we react to life from. By using these 2 modalities we can start the process of bringing more awareness to how these parts of the mind impact us daily, and begin to loosen the patterned grip they impose.
