Get back to yourself and nature doing gentle yoga stretches with the playful, loving, Blissful Goaties! Do as much or little yoga as you want. All levels welcome to our 75 minute Goat Yoga "Light" experience. It's more about enjoying nature, the goats, photo-ops and giggling than forcing yourself into difficult yoga poses!
