Presented by Creative Ballarat, this immersive micro festival transforms Civic Hall into a vibrant world of inflatable art. Seven large-scale installations by local artists Jay Kulbardi, Annelìse Belladonna, Ben Pennell, Tom Bell, Kathy Holowko, Meaghan Shelton and their mentor Dr. David Cross invite you into a sensory experience of colour, sound and surprise!
