Collective Rising – Breath, Sound & Somatics Ceremony
My intention for this ceremony is to guide you through a powerful journey with breath and sound — helping you release what no longer serves you and return to your most grounded, vibrant and authentic self.
This session is designed to lift your energy, clear your mind and reconnect you with your inner strength, purpose and clarity.

Breathwork
Breathwork is a potent tool for emotional release, nervous system reset and deep inner connection. Through conscious connected breathing, you flood the body with oxygen, raise your vibration and gently move stored stress, grief, anxiety, trauma and emotional blockages.
Our bodies hold onto unresolved emotions. Left unprocessed, they can become physical or mental tension, overwhelm or disconnection.
Breathwork helps clear these patterns, creating space for love, connection, clarity and wellbeing.
This practice can also open deep meditative states, allowing access to the subconscious mind — supporting healing, insight, rewiring old beliefs and reconnecting with intuition. Many people experience colours, visions, symbolic imagery or profound inner guidance.

Cacao Ceremony
We begin with a guided Sacred Cacao Ceremony to slow down, soften and drop into the space.
Cacao is a gentle heart-opening plant medicine that supports emotional safety, connection and compassion, preparing you beautifully for the breathwork journey ahead.

Sound Journey
The session is supported by a rich soundscape designed to deepen the journey. Throughout the experience, I weave in deep driving didgeridoo tones, medicine drum rhythms, rattles and other grounding instruments to help move energy, support emotional release and guide the body into a deeper state of presence and embodiment.
These sounds are used intentionally to anchor the breath, open pathways of release and enhance the overall somatic experience
