HFEH Mind Mental Elf 2025

What better way to kickstart the festive season than by joining with friends, family, co-workers and other Santa’s little helpers to help raise both funds and awareness for mental health support in West London.

Mental Elf is a ticketed 5km fun run through Gunnersbury Park on 30th November.

This event is for everyone so please come along with your friends, family or teams and enjoy this community spirited fun run.

Fancy dress is optional but encouraged! The best dressed elf will recieve a prize. All participants will receive a medal after crossing the finish line.

11am Start (Registration open from 10am) Gunnersbury Park, South Ealing

Thanks to the National Trust, every participant and volunteer will receive a free National Trust Pass for 2x Adults and up to 6 children. Valid until 27th March 2026.*
