Hey! Let's Yoga Thursday Yoga | Sloan's Lake 2026

Calling all yogis—new, seasoned, and curious.
You're invited to our fifth season of weekly community yoga with Hey Let’s Yoga at Sloan’s Lake! Join us Thursdays at 6:30 PM for an all-levels outdoor flow under the shady trees, just steps from the water and framed by sunset mountain views.

📍2201 N Stuart Street, Denver, CO 80212
We practice just north of the small parking lot at the end of 22nd where it meets Stuart—look for the mats under the canopy of trees.

Each week features a rotating lineup of local teachers, so no two classes are the same—but every class is designed to be accessible, breath-focused, and grounding. We’ll move through a vinyasa-style flow with plenty of support for all bodies and levels of experience.

💸 Sliding scale contribution: $12–35
You can Venmo or bring cash. Contributions go directly to our teachers and support team.
Can’t pay right now? We welcome trades or help spreading the word. Cost should never be a barrier to practicing with us.

✔️ What to bring:

• Yoga mat, towel, or anything to move on
• Water, cozy layers, sunnies or a hat
• An open mind and willingness to be part of a kind community

Registration is required—for insurance purposes and so we can reach you with updates or cancellations. Signing up adds you to our email list (you can opt out any time—we respect your privacy and never share your info).

How your contributions support our efforts:
$12-15 | Basic Support covers our base expenses, ensuring we can continue providing sliding scale and free classes to those most in need within our community.

$20-25 | Sustaining Support, your contribute goes to equitable pay for all our teachers, support and administrative staff. This enables us to maitain a fair and sustainable working environment.

$30 - up | Pay it forward, this level of contribution gives us room to breathe easily with additional resources to support the practice of a community member that is unable to pay at this time. This also allows us to provide opportunities without barries to new yoga teachers that may not find comparable opportunities to learn and grow elsewhere.

Stay for post class community gathering BYOP (bring your own picnic) style, bring some snacks to enjoy one another's company until it is time to call it a night.
