Welcome to HERSpace: Monthly Healing & Wellness Circles for Women!

As we transition into spring, join us for a rejuvenating workshop focused on tending to our inner gardens. This session will incorporate sound healing and guided meditations to help you cleanse, detoxify, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll share insights on holistic wellness and explore techniques that help us cultivate resilience and joy. Ways to cleanse our body’s, resetting our gut microbiome, and releasing toxins will support you to prepare your garden for planting seeds.  Let’s embrace this opportunity to nurture ourselves and each other, fostering growth and blooming into our fullest selves.

What to bring:

• comforting beverage
• blanket
• comfortable clothing
• personal item to add to a collective altar build to ground the space
• journal and pen

Light refreshments and snacks will be served, please advise us of any food allergies or aversions.

**We seek to provide the best experience for our attendees and in order to do that we will only run the session at a minimum of 8 attendees. If we do not meet our minimum, you will be able to use your ticket towards a future session. We appreciate your understanding.

Our event will take place on March 20 2025 at 7:00 PM at 1970 Brock Rd. Come ready to relax, unwind, and connect with other amazing women in our community.

LOCATION:

We are located at 1970 Brock St. at the North West corner in the beautiful Heritage House with the bright yellow door! Come in and go to the back and you will find our space on the right.
