Welcome to HERSpace: Monthly Healing & Wellness Circles for Women!

Spring is a time for growth and renewal! In this visionary workshop, we’ll plant inner seeds for the future through creative vision boarding, complemented by sound healing and meditation. Bring your dreams and aspirations as we gather to manifest our intentions visually. Through art, reflection, and supportive dialogue, we’ll create powerful boards that serve as reminders of our goals. Join us in this inspiring space to share your vision and cultivate a community of encouragement and empowerment!

What to bring:

• comforting beverage
• blanket
• comfortable clothing
• personal item to add to a collective altar build to ground the space
• journal and pen

All supplies and materials will be provided. Light refreshments and snacks will be served, please advise us of any food allergies or aversions.

Please let us know if you require any special accomodations to meet your needs.

**We seek to provide the best experience for our attendees and in order to do that we will only run the session at a minimum of 8 attendees. If we do not meet our minimum, you will be able to use your ticket towards a future session. We appreciate your understanding.

Our event will take place on April 24 2025 at 7:00 PM at 1970 Brock Rd. Come ready to relax, unwind, and connect with other amazing women in our community.

LOCATION:

We are located at 1970 Brock St. at the North West corner in the beautiful Heritage House with the bright yellow door! Come in and go to the back and you will find our space on the right.
