HERiZON Auckland | The Invisible Load: What We All Feel, But No One Sees
In conjunction with Tend for Women’s Health Week 2026.
Many women carry far more than what others see.
The meetings. The deadlines. The family logistics. The emotional labour. The health concerns. The caregiving. The expectations. The constant pressure of trying to hold everything together.
Often while making it look effortless.
This HERiZON Auckland event brings women together for a morning of female-focused research, expert insight, honest panel conversation, practical tools, and meaningful connection.
We’ll explore the unseen pressures women carry across work, leadership, family, health, identity, sleep, hormones, wellbeing, lifestyle choices, and everyday life.
The morning includes:
* Kirsten Taylor from SleepDrops presenting the latest female-focused sleep and menopause research
* A facilitated panel conversation with Dr Frances Pitsilis, Emma Williamson from ANTHEA Botanic Drinks, Ivanka Zonjic, and Kirsten Taylor
* Audience Q&A
* Morning tea and connection
* A practical HERiZON workbook/workshop experience
* Takeaways you can apply in work, business, health, and life
Whether you’re leading a business, managing a career, supporting a family, navigating change, or simply carrying more than most people realise, this room is for you.
Because sometimes the things we carry the most are the things nobody sees.

SEEN. SHARED. REBALANCED.
Many women carry far more than what others see.
The meetings, the deadlines, the family logistics, the mental checklists, the emotional labour, the health concerns, the caregiving, the expectations, and the constant pressure of trying to hold everything together.
Often while making it look effortless.
Over time, this invisible load can impact our wellbeing, sleep, energy, confidence, relationships, leadership, and sense of self.
Yet it remains one of the least visible conversations women are having.
HERiZON: The Invisible Load is a half-day experience designed to create space for women to pause, reflect, connect, and explore practical ways to navigate the pressures many of us carry behind the scenes.
This is not surface-level networking or conversations that stop at inspiration.
It is a morning of honest kōrero, female-focused research, expert insight, practical tools, and meaningful connection.
Because sometimes the things we carry the most are the things nobody sees.
