Join us for an evening of food, stories, and tradition at the Centro Asturiano’s Heritage Recipe Swap!

Members and friends are invited to bring a favorite dish to share for a potluck-style dinner, along with the recipe and the story or tradition behind it. Whether it’s a recipe passed down through generations, a dish that always appeared at family gatherings, or simply something that reminds you of home, we want to help preserve it.

Throughout the evening, we’ll gather recipes from our community to create a special Centro Asturiano cookbook, which will be available for purchase later this year.

This event is free to attend. Simply bring a dish, bring your recipe, and come hungry!
