Join the Friends of the Storey Gardens this Heritage Open Days to find out more about the history of this tranquil city centre spot, with award-winning Blue Badge Tourist Guide and owner of Lancaster Walks, Talks & Tours, Gregory Wright.
Gregory will trace the story of the gardens and the lives of people who have lived and worked in this part of Lancaster, from the foundations of the Roman fort to the current restoration of The Tasting Garden, established by international artist Mark Dion. 🍎
The talk starts in The Storey auditorium, with volunteers on hand to help lead you into the outdoors, with the event coming to a conclusion in the gardens.
Booking is strongly recommended but there may be spaces left on the day. 🎟️
