Here Fishy Fishy - Fish Cookery on the Farm

Learn how to fabricate (cut up) and utilize different fish. This is the perfect class for those who do a lot of fishing, or who enjoy the health benefits of incorporating fish into their diets. We will teach how to fabricate and cook different fish. This class is 18+ Overcome the fear of cooking an entire fish, and learn other techniques. We will be catching the fish fresh from our lake - walleye and trout. In class you will cut up the fish and learn cooking techniques.
