Have you ever wanted to gather cattle in an open pasture? Well, you found the right place- we’ll teach you!
Join us for an all-day clinic to learn the basics of cattle flight zones, strategies of gathering, and driving cattle. Lunch will be provided.
The morning will be focused on learning techniques around herdwork and moving cattle in the arena, then we’ll head out into the pasture after lunch to put what you’ve learned about gathering to work! There’s nothing more fun then getting a job done on horseback, and you’ll have a chance to do it!
The clinic will be mainly walking, with some trotting. To most enjoy this clinic, you should be able to confidently ride your horse in and out of the arena at a walk and a trot.
This clinic is for those with beginner to intermediate skills/horses working with cows.
Cost will be $250.00 per person. This clinic is open to the first ten people. The payment will be cash only. auditors are welcome. Arena auditing is $25 and pasture auditing will be $50.00
